Jen Ko holds a degree in Studio Art with studies in printmaking, painting, and sculpture. Her love for beauty extended to her time working for celebrity designers Betsey Johnson and Jeanine Payer.
When asked one day why she spent more money on pastries instead of clothes, she realized she was in the wrong industry.
After completing culinary school, she externed at a Charlie Palmer restaurant before moving on to becoming a cake decorator at Sibby's Cupcakery.
It was her restaurant experience that made her realize she wanted to start her own business delivering a product to her customers that was as beautiful as it was delicious.
