How do I care for my cakes?
Since Jénoise creations are baked to order and do not contain any preservatives, they are best enjoyed on the same day you purchased them. Keep them at a cool room temperature; the refrigerator will dry them out. Store leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 6 weeks.
How do I care for my cookies?
Please consume within 1-2 days for ultimate deliciousness. Store extras in the freezer using an airtight container or ziplock bag. Reheat at 325o for 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly warm.
